Spacewalkers Add to Orbiting Space Junk

Since the day man was in space he is adding junk that doesn't belong in space. starting with a glove, till a spatula last year and recently couple of bolts. these junks/debris are not laughing matter. they might comeback to earth as fireballs or be a danger to the astronauts or damage expensive satellite parts
