Katrina rebuilding will take longer, Bush says
It reminds me of the documentary by spike lee, in which one victim said that it took 40 years for the corps to build the levy and 28 days to pump the water after the hurricane. and he said that he doesn't trust the government to rebuild the levy, in 8 months after these past records. and all we need is the assurance from president that it is true.
