Gatorade or Water:
According to a recent report by a sports medicine journal, sport drinks will not do any justice if you have not been sweating profusely for more than four hours. Many of the electrolytes that are lost when you sweat can easily be replaced in an average meal. *Remember, water hydrates better than sport drinks. Water can help you only if you drink it!
